Dani spent eight years selling new homes in northern Los Angeles County. She has worked in high and low volume markets, always being able to match a buyer's needs with features of the right home. Dani is familiar coordinating with all parties of a transaction, from lenders to appraisers, other agents, title, and escrow. Open communication and efficiency ensure that Dani's transactions are closed smoothly and on time. Challenging situations are placed in her care because she has a professional, no-nonsense demeanor and a genuine interest in others' concerns.

Dani also taught special education for five years. She has a background in nutrition, Dani Swallowhealth, and fitness. Dani lives in Carlsbad with her husband, who is a computer programmer and systems administrator.
