Past Experience
Joyce started her career in real estate in 1976 in the luxury home market of Los Gatos and Saratoga, California. She was top producer of the multi-office company her first quarter in the business. Her success didn't end there. As well as dominating the luxury home market, Joyce maintained a successful relationship with many real estate investors. Her extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers has let her to successfully helping clients attain their dreams and to closing transactions with values as high as $20,000,000.
She was recruited into a local major franchise affiliate office, continuing her successful career and receiving an award as being among the top 10 producers in Northern California. After many years as a top producer in residential real estate, Joyce had the opportunity to transition into a prestigious commercial real estate company. She then was a top producer within the commercial investment real estate community, and had the honor of being recognized in the San Jose Business Journal for her accomplishments.
After enjoying much success in commercial real estate, Joyce realized her passion was in residential real estate, and her desire was to live near the beach in the San Diego area. After falling in love with Solana Beach, her focus has since been in the residential and resort properties along the north county coastal San Diego Area.
